Easy Morning

Easy Morning is a home automation project which purpose is to design a smart alarm clock.

Comfort and awakening are rarely associated. The main goal of this project is to make an easy and pleasant awakening stage to have a beneficial impact on the course of the day.

This clock is composed of several distinct parts and each having a key role in the smooth process of awakening. The alarm monitoring is carried out in a manner equivalent to any alarm. The user sets the time he wants to program. The difference being that the second component operates. Indeed, sleep cycles are analyzed by the alarm clock, and it fires when the most favorable phase an easy and pleasant wake in a niche of 5 to 15 minutes around the selected schedule.

When the alarm is activated, two systems are then set out to awaken the user. We note first firing multiple vibrating motors to the desired intensity situated in a pillowcase on which the user is sleeping.

In parallel light is gradually switched to complement the clock with a feeling of sunrise.

A special feature of this project is to act during sleep. Many people are affected by snoring. A snore detection module is put in place. Once they detected, a retro action is possible. The module on the pillowcase emits subtle vibrations that repositions the sleeper 's head. Snoring is mainly the result of airway congestion, the repositioning of the head and thus frees stop snoring.
